There’s a few problems with the Gov’s remarks. Trump isn’t going to secure anything unless he wins the election and it will take a hell of a lot more than a win in Arizona to do that. And if he does win he’s not going to do the impossible. Like build a wall the length of the USA / Mexico border. He’s not going to do that win or lose.
