Imaginary indeed. Zillions of gun owners simply do not know: a) that Heller v DC is the law of the land re the 2nd Amendment; b) it says 2nd allows ownership of a hand gun and that’s all it does. Two challenges to Heller went unheard.

The list of moral failings of Scott is legion especially when it comes to his no holds barred promotion and recruitment of gun manufacturers to set up shop in his state, particularly those who’s niche are assault weapons. A man with no moral compass like so many in his current position.
