Discussion: Flake On WH Adviser's 'Special Place In Hell' Comment: 'This Cannot Be Our Party'

CEOs and other influential Republicans who are private citizens need to step up and say Trump’s got to be impeached.

A poor player that struts and frets his hour upon the stage and then is heard no more. It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Just to make this clear Flake, fuck you and the elephant you rode in on.

I’ve probably been more (too) tolerant of Flake and his ilk than most folks on this board but it really is “shit or get off the pot” time.

Flake is in a position of some power, he needs to do something real with that power to back up his many concerns. Or else he should just go away… It’s not like the R’s are going to elect him for anything anytime soon anyway, regardless what he does.

X1000. have had it with Flake and his pious bullshit. This is exactly his party. Leave now or STFU. This is no time for games or trying to split the baby down the middle. I think the worst people, certainly the biggest cowards, are those who know better and yet do nothing.

I’ve got another idea. Flake, Collins and McCain go to Chuck Schumer and ask him to let them caucus with the Democrats. Chuck becomes Majority Leader and let the supoena’s flow.

“These are things that the prime minister has said before” … Kudlow acknowledged … “But he didn’t say them before after a successful G7 communiqué"

I understand, Kudlow. Trudeau said these things before and after the G7 meeting, but he didn’t say them “before after” the meeting. I see why you’re so upset.

Actually, before the meeting Trump said he would impose tariffs and Trudeau said he would retaliate. After the meeting they said exactly the same things. So… Trump is resolute and Trudeau is dishonest. That makes sense.

How about “This cannot be our country”, Senator?

As usual, you get half credit. This is more than your colleagues, but in most courses I’ve taken 50% is still an F.

Oh, blow me, Flake. I am so over you and McCain and your phony criticism of that fat-ass man-baby. If both of you are so concerned about our nation, switch over to the opposing political party and give the Dems the majority in the Senate. But you wouldn’t do that, would you, you pussy. Instead, you and “Maverick” keep screaming about how “Trump is not MY Republican Party!” Wanna bet, motherfucker? Trump is your party - in spades! He is exactly what your GOP base and you and your fellow Senators and Representatives have always wanted the party to be, and now you all finally got what you wanted, you pack of craven traitors. So stand up to Trump or shut up and go the fuck home. Your words mean nothing, and I hope your constituents who support that stupid orange fuck suffer beyond measure because of his actions and because of their voting against their own self-interests because they always want to piss off the libtards.
So save your fancy, huffy speeches for when you talk to yourself in the mirror. At least that way you’ll have an audience that will listen to you without laughing and sneering. You are like a prostitute who quits working at a brothel and thinks you are morally superior to everyone else because you are no longer employed there, but you still give $5.00 handjobs in the alley to make some extra cash.

The Men and Women Who Stick With It to Put the Tape Back in Red Tape.

Meet the guys who tape Trump’s papers back together. The president’s ‘unofficial filing system’ involves tearing up documents into pieces, even when they’re supposed to be preserved.

Psst, Trump is a moron.

I know that you gave folks some of 2016 and 2017 best moments, but when it comes to Trump support, there’s only one modern day Republican senator in the lower 70’s.

Seriously, try harder.

Trump dislikes Trudeau because he’s everything that Donny is not. Articulate, young, has real hair and a nice family. Policy has little to do with it.

But it is your party! You gonna’ do something about it?

I don’t think we appreciated Senator Reid when he was Senate Majority Leader.

The Senate minority leader, Harry Reid, sent a letter on Monday [8/27/16] to the F.B.I. director, James B. Comey Jr., expressing concern that Russia is attempting to influence the presidential election and requesting that the F.B.I. open an investigation.

Thankfully, we have Michael Cohen preserving ALL kinds of documents. Hopefully, some of them might get us out of this mess.
