Well I tell ya what @tena. I am pissed off and cannot wait for election day. In that regard may trump continue to smash his dick with a hobnail boot between now and then. He may be surprised at the election results. He thinks he’s gonna sweep the democrats by pissing us and the rest of the GOP minus his 9% irrevocable base off but that may not be intelligent politics based on what I have seen over the last few days.

I figured this would be the case because there is one thing I know for certain - people want someone who is accused of something to testify about it. All defense lawyers know that and usually we can’t put our clients on the stand because 15 years of priors will come out. But people want the accused to tell their side and Trump won’t do it because he’s guilty. And he looks guiltier every damn day.

You’re arguments are very convincing and provide hope. But, I am unnerved by the request for 20,000 immigrant beds at military facilities accompanied by today’s DOJ request to a judge to get rid of the 20-day detention rule for children. That means that entire families might be kept together, but they could be held indefinitely. The GOP (and all of the truly mean people in our species) would consider that a win.
