Not sure if the message is clear enough.
This ad is pretty lame. Grimes is a good speaker; she should be in the ad and then play the clips from McCain. Also, rather than just printing the message there should be a voice-over. Who designed this? Who paid for it? Sad. This could have been very effective with a few tweaks.
Best line of the KY Senate race…“Washington is broken. Thirty years is long enough!”
GO, GRIMES!!!
she could also put in so much more for his votes against vetrans 9/11 first responders the 21 centery GI bill ect ect so much to go with will she would open up a big ole can of whoop ass or send hima can of turtle soup and say this is gonna be you come nov 7 th
I do not like this woman - handpicked by Bill Clinton. Shades of what we can expect with a Hillary presidency
I agree with you, but compared to McConnell, there is no contest in my mind. Don’t you think she would HAVE to be better than the alternative?
OK, I hate to pick, but just so you know, it’s etc., not “ect”. “Etc.” is short for et cetera, which is Latin for “and other things.” Sometimes in older documents, you will see it written as “&c” – the ampersand itself is a stylized version of the word “et”.
Regardless of what you think of her personally, it’s all a numbers game. She’d replace a Republican Senator. If you care about the future of this country, i hope you appreciate her presence on the ballot, and would hope that she win. The alternative is much, much worse for everyone.
First and foremost, it is KY’s loss if they don’t take the opportunity to remove themselves from the McConnell shadow. Second, the nation would be so much better served by stopping the McConnell machine from influence on the political stage.
That being said, it is probably not in the cards outside of a miracle. Although, it sure as hell is worth a try. Go, Alison!
