Isn’t Saxby Chambliss a member of your intelligence committee and would have been informed? Didn’t he admit the other day that he would have leaked the deal had he known? That should tell you all you need to know about why Obama didn’t inform you and the other members of Congress. The “constitutional conservatives” around you can’t be trusted.

She pisses me off. I called both her SFO and DC offices and let them know how I felt about her giving ammunition to the GOPers and I also wrote a letter. I despise the bitch. I am no longer holding my nose and voting for her. I am leaving that box blank next time

She really needs to go. Whatever issues she may have had with the administration’s handling of the Bergdahl swap, it was ridiculous for her to accuse them of having broken the law. You don’t do that to your own president especially one who has been under constant fire for from the opposition over non-scandals over which they’ve repeatedly threatened to impeach him. I’m assuming her ego got the better of her. Whatever the reason it’s time for her to go. CA can do MUCH better.

Hypocrite that she is, talking about illegal this and illegal that…Senator, what was your voting record on starting the 2 wars that put Sgt. Bergdahl in the position to be taken by the Taliban?

Let’s also look at the vast array of video evidence that your colleagues in the GOP who sit on confidential intelligence briefings and meetings have the secret-keeping ability of a 3 year old. If I were the President, I wouldn’t have trusted you with this information either.
As Jay Carney said…informing is not asking permission. The President isn’t required to ask their permission to bring a soldier home.
