See chart above. She’s actually not much better off than had she sold them in 2017 as promised. All the gains came before then.

So doubt it’s anything super nefarious, wish we had nailed her with it last October, though…

Threats are enough to put things on ice, re-prioritize to other missions/investigations.

The goal is to kill things or put them on a back-burner, which may allow many things to have the Statute of Limitations run out before anyone ever got back to working them.
