How long til Judge Walker is accused of being an “activist judge?”
Who determines whether the signatures on the two documents are made by the same person - experts or laypeople? My own handwriting has deteriorated markedly since high school as I rarely ever write anything by hand. What about someone with Parkinson’s or arthritis?
I’m beginning to think the ballot recount on Veep was more accurate than I’d wanted to believe.
I know that my handwriting and signature has changed over time. I have my library card from the late 70s when I was in high school and the signature doesn’t look anything like my signature now. And don’t get me started on my eyesight.
Maybe next Florida will demand a signed credit card as proof of actual signature. Oh yeah, and they’ll need to swipe it to make sure it’s an active card. Don’t worry about that $75 test transaction, it’ll go away…eventually.
This year here in Florida, they changed the sign in method at the polls. Instead of signing on paper, they installed those things that look like where you swipe your credit card and then sign the screen. The only problem with that is, they made the stylus real thick and round so that no one’s signature looks anything like what would be on the voter registration forms. (Now that I think about it, they may have went to this method during the last election cycle, but, whatever, the stylus is still fatter this year.)
