This is quite helpful. Maybe we could have a regular white paper or webinar from leading legal luminaries, say Supreme Court justices, or FBI chiefs. Is murder illegal? What about murder for hire? Nothing says you can’t get relevant information from overseas, it’s about who’s funding it, because that funding is a campaign contribution in effect.
Right, there’s a difference between hiring someone to do oppo - which of course ultimately must be revealed in financial filings - and being GIVEN something as a ‘donation’ by a foreign power - something of value. Which of course, oppo is. Otherwise why pay for it?
