Rohrbacher is a wannabe soldier; I heard him brag about being in Afghanistan on his own and being near Bin Laden, etc., etc. He worships guys like Putin who are “real men.” Not surprising that he became so enamored of Vlad that Russia might see his as a useful stooge.
