These stories leave me stunned and almost in tears. Such persons have betrayed not only their country, but the hundreds of dedicated Americans who achieve these things. One SOB like this can dump thousands of man hours down the toilet and leave our nation all that more vulnerable. Just awful.

I thought that went out in the 1960s, – that if you were a mgmt expert you could manage anything, no knowledge needed – like me, for ex, managing a team of, say, electrical engineers and me with no training in engineering.
