This isn’t normal.

Uh-oh. What is Mike Rogers seeing that scared him off the team?

Is this the start of the real dumpster fire?

How could he possibly kiss Trump’s ass after getting his own handed to him so unceremoniously?

Even HE couldn’t stand the stink…

Trump does not need seasoned, knowledgeable pros like this. He is getting full security clearance for his spawn, sorry, children, who will read things to him to help him understand, so he can take presidential actions.

Why do I feel like I woke up in North Korea with a beloved leader this morning? Is it something in the air?

If he doesn’t, Trump will finish him. Ruling by stick/fear has benefits/consequences.

For all his flaws, Rodgers did know about Nat’l Security issues and he actually led an investigation on HRC / Bengahzi and reported no problems. The new team may want to keep that nonsense alive at Breitbart and it couldn’t handle the truth. So exit Mike Rogers.

Um, ask future SC justice Ted Cruz. Or Chris Christie.

Don’t you mean future SC justice Elizabeth Trump

Ahhh yes…as the Trump team coalesces around the ‘plan’ to destroy democracy the RW is finding it even TOO radical for their taste. But BY GOD they are gonna ‘Make America Great Again’…right up until the Left is called in to clean up the garbage…

Must have said something that made them question his loyalty to Trump

This may not be relevant but what I personally remember about Mike Rodgers was his willingness to lie on behalf of the Bush Administration and say – directly, vive voce-- to his constituents in Michigan’s 8th Congressional district that he had personally seen evidence of Iraq’s possession of weapons of mass destruction. That was back in 2003. I wonder when too much is too much.

Yours is the most likely scenario. Rachel Maddow reported yesterday that Trump’s team hadn’t returned any of the calls they have received from the Department of Defense and the CIA. It’s likely that Rogers said, “We need to start getting our act together, folks” and they labeled it disloyalty.

Actually this will be the new normal. I think we can expect to see people regularly popping in and out of this administration. It’s that unpredicibility thing you know, it’s how he keeps everyone off balance when he negotiates.

They seem to be favoring disruption over actual experience and I’ll bet dollars to donuts that Bannon is behind it.

He wasn’t ignorant enough to fit in.

Must have been badmouthing Putin in Trump’s presence. That’s a no-no!
