Discussion: Ex-Enquirer Editor: Bezos Story Was 'Means Of Kissing And Making Up With' Trump

“Kiss & make up?”

Hope it is the freaking ultimate “Kiss of Death” for all future aspects of Pecker & Trump!

This makes as much sense as anything on the national stage that’s happened since trump infected politics.

She doesn’t need to close her eyes. Excessive botoxing forces her eyes shut. I would do it too if I was married to OrangeAnus.

While I agree with you, @castor_troy, it makes a certain kind of sense as a twofer: MBS is the entree, and kissing up to Hair Furor could easily be the amuse bouche.

Friends with Donald Trump for years = an idiot.

Wouldn’t disagree that there are ancillary benefits.

But I think we run the risk over over-linking AMI and Trump. They’re not just an extension of him, they’ve got their own connections to the worst players, including Saudi.

I don’t think this has ANYTHING to do with Trump (except tangentially.)

This was a hit piece designed, researched, paid for, and then fed directly to the Enquirer by the Saudi Intelligence Services who used software purchased from the Israelis (who will sell it to anyone BTW) to hack into Bezo’s mistresses phone.

This is payback for Bezos insisting that the murder of the WaPo reporter Kashoggi be kept on the front pages of an important US Newspaper (Washington Post) and for his intense criticism of the Saudi Royal Family, specifically Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, who clearly ordered the murder of Kashoggi.

AMI (the parent company of the Enquirer) has a long financial relationship with Bin Salman, even publishing a glossy, fawning propaganda magazine last year (The New Kingdom) and placing it in Walmarts and other stores prominently.

It has the tangential connection to Trump by way of getting back into his favor by attacking one of his biggest enemies, but that was not the impetus behind it.

On the contrary have you ever heard a good pecker joke?

And AMI just got (in January) a desperately needed $460 million loan from an undisclosed source. The fact that the loan source was not disclosed suggests that the transaction is irregular.

So many it was Saudi money, in a quid pro quo in which AMI gets the loan and the Enquirer messes with Bezos’ marriage

A quick search found zero images of him kissing Melania. Putin, Nugent, and Saudi princelings get to make out but not Mel. But there was that touching moment at the inauguration.

Did he really say “arch-enemy”?

The world as a comic book. Or the playground. Jebus.

The Enquirer has “editors?”

The Pecker jokes seemed so obvious to me earlier today, that I figured why bother? Of course, I don’t work for a tabloid…

“The board of AMI announced Friday it will investigate Bezos’ claims.”

Every time I see her I think how much she resembles a macacque after way too many years of excessive and abusive testing with botulin toxins.

Bezos has a bone to pick with AMI.
