Discussion: Ex-Employee Claims One Of Trump's Top Backers Fired Him For Speaking Out

That’s clearly the secondary good. The primary good is that Mercer’s disgusting and whackadoodle beliefs are going to get a nice shiny public spotlight pointed at them via this case.

I wouldn’t be so hard on them - those oligarchs needed a place to wash their dirty money, where else were they going to go.

We don’t know. Like so many things about the current mal-administration we’ve been fed so many silver bowls full of shit that a rift between Donnie & Co.'s realities and the rest of the countries is getting more and more fuzzy.

With Jeff Sessions in charge of the DoJ the Civil Rights Act won’t bother Mercer much longer. Given Sessions’ history he may even endeavor to use it to prosecute uppity minority Americans careless enough to have forgotten their proper, lowly place.

Unless he’s a protected class or a whistleblower and was fired because of that. Not sure it was a secret or illegal that Mercer is a racist and Trump is a buffoon.

Having a “Trade Secrets” clause in your contract can cause you to be in debt to lawyers.

Did he?

Don’t know which is why I’m not going to form an opinion without more, much more, facts.
