Discussion: Ex-Cop Gets 263 Years For Raping, Sexually Assaulting Black Women On His Beat

Well, they carry guns, so that is the default assumption.

Honestly, I expected this piece of shit predator to walk.

Iā€™m happy I was wrong.

When he was found guilty last year, he turned to the jurors and said ā€œI didnā€™t do it.ā€ Thereā€™s no semblance of remorse except his tears for himself and his miserable future, and the women he victimized who have said he ruined their lives are left to their own devices to find that elusive closure people talk about.

He will end up in a Special Needs yard. Cops , sex offenders, informants, gang debriefers. Still prison but not general population.

I canā€™t imagine the number of women this predator actually assaulted. They may have only been able to charge him for the assaults of a dozen or so women, but there are probably dozens and dozens more who never came forward out of fear of the police, fear they wouldnā€™t be believed, fear theyā€™d get into more trouble, or because they were high or maybe they just werenā€™t ready to deal with it. He began with addicts and prostitutes, and only got caught once he ā€œgraduatedā€ to a woman who hasnā€™t been in trouble with the law. He started with victims who, for a variety of reasons, would be the least likely to report him, but his perversion got the best of him and he moved on to much riskier subjects. How much longer would this have been able to continue if heā€™d stuck with the more vulnerable victims? If he hadnā€™t raped a ā€œcitizenā€ would anyone have actually believed these women?

Iā€™m thrilled he will never see the light of day again, at least not as a free man. I just find it sad and scary that the right victim had to come along before justice was sought. The next rapist cop is probably taking notes.

Good. Now, throw away the key and forget to feed him.

A rapist AND a cop.

The other inmates are going to love him.

Wow, this is what justice looks like! Cry me a river beotch, you preyed on women you thought would have no choice but submit to you. You picked wrong, and by the time you leave prison, it will be in a pine box.

Way too light a sentence, if you ask me.

Heā€™s crying? How is such a monster even capable of that?

When I was in the Army in the 60sā€™s,I heard men who were cops in civilian life bragging about the ā€œfreeā€ sex they got from hookers and other vulnerable women. They regarded it as a perk.
I had to get along with these guys, so I kept my opinion of them to myself. As I recall, they had wives and kids.

Then, when I worked in NYC in the 70ā€™s, I heard NYC cops make similar boasts.

My contempt for these men, then and now, knows no bounds.

Alas, thatā€™s the world we live in. Doubt it will ever change, barring some massive societal makeover.

ā€œnoting that many didnā€™t come forward until police had already identified them as possible victimsā€

Given their previous interaction was a bit rapeyā€¦

I wonder how the police union will twist this to blame BLM. Because ultimately, everything is their fault.

And they are Obamaā€™s fault.

Heā€™s crying for himself, of course - heā€™s not crying because he hurt others. He is a pitiful, pathetic excuse for a human being (let alone an officer of the law).

Sociopathic asshole crying not for his victims but because he got caught. May he rot.

Still think you can demand unequivocal respect, cops? How many fellow officers knew what this guy was up to before one of his victims finally stood up to him?

If we ever see the rest of you doing something about all your bad apples, maybe weā€™ll have something to respect.

Iā€™m sure heā€™ll make a lot of new friends in prison.
