“Appearance of Impropriety” is only for Democrats.
It was used as a hammer against Hillary (especially by the NYTimes) over the “Clinton Foundation” even though it’s records are open and nothing has ever been found that even hints at “impropriety” other than the ginned-up “Scandal” that came straight from the Republican Propaganda Machine to the pages of the NYTimes (who continue to hate the Clintons for some unfathomable reason.)
Republicans just shrug and continue with their Grifting, safe in the knowledge that the MSM will never “bite the hand that feeds it.”
