Discussion: Dozens Of Ex-Gov't Bigwigs Pick Apart Nat’l Emergency Reasoning In Court Filing

So being a part of an amicus brief filed in several states over law suits is “tut-tutting”? We’ve asked for law suits they joined those law suits. They are former gov’t bigwigs, what do you want them to do?

Do something, anything, wave a magic wand, cast a spell? But whatever it is somebody is doing we can count on somebody else claiming the reaction, and not the problem, is the problem. Go figure.

“Illegal border crossings have been near historic lows”; “There is no emergency related to violent crime at the southern border”

MSM ignores the “historic lows” fact. Migrant family legal asylum requests are up, but no where near the “huge increase” claimed by MSM (e.g., NPR)

Where’s Colin Powell and Condition Rice? Or are they like Mueller and follow Party orders over national interests and national security?

It’s a physical relief to read about some people who are fighting back against Trump’s power grab(s). I wish this story was a headline article. GO Madeline A!

Those wigs were made from the hair of about 5 regular people. I read they where extremely hot and very heavy.

And what will be done if & when there is (another) “real” emergency? More “run in circles, scream & shout … that its Obama’s fault”

And that number probably includes many asylum seekers who aren’t “illegal” and therefore weren’t “apprehended.”

But, you’re better off sticking with your response.

Confusing them wit nuance will only give them ammo with which to infuriate me with ignorance.
