Donnie boy just can’t help himself, can he? Premature litigation much?

Can’t wait for him to sue Putin when Vlad eviscerates Trumpie on the world stage, exposing exactly what a soft-bellied cretin he is.

As far as bullies, go, Drumpf isn’t fit to hold the reins of Putin’s nag.

Easy to see what’s happening here. Trump’s played this game for decades. Sam Nunberg is no longer “in the fold” or “in the control”, no more skin in the pro-Trump game, so Paul Manafort has said to Trump, you need to deal with all the loose ends, you need to nail them down or else it’ll be scandalapooza from here on to the debates in the fall.

So he or Manafort or Stone or someone for Trump reached out to Nunberg, caught a bad vibe, and this lawsuit is an attempt to nail down a loose end they got no other way of dealing with.

Plus, it sends THE MESSAGE.

Trump’s late attorney and friend Roy Cohn, mobster attorney and chief aide to Tailgunner Joe McCarthy, taught Trump this. He’s done it for many years.

Putin would just have the guy killed. Trump isn’t that bad—but he admires Putin’s approach.
Shouldn’t the filing come with instructions for the court on the proper ethnic profile of the judge?

As he admires Kim Jong Un. And Saddam. Trump’s such a fanboy for murdering strongmen it’s kind of hard to believe he and El Chapo aren’t besties, because El Chapo is reputed to have maybe murdered thousands of people.

ETA funny but for a super-tough guy who’s not afraid of nobody not nohow old Trump sure shut his mouth about El Chapo after he got threatened just a little. Not a peep out of him about Shorty Guzman since then. Funny.

Maybe he just needs the money?

Is there some way both plaintiff and defendant lose massively in this?

Lawsuit #3501, here I come.

Donald Tramp and the Tramp Family are going to come out of this scampaign much wealthier than they were before. The Tramp family Mobster values are on display for the world to see.

On a separate note, $10 million is a lot of money. Very punitive. A lot of people are saying this has to do with sex. I wonder whether Sam Nurnberg was having sex with a Tramp family member or associate that Donald himself wanted to date. I also noted that Sam Numberg is the same attractive shade of orange as Donald except that he does not have the pus-oozing zit. No wonder Donald sees him as a threat.

Putin would ride in bare chested on an actual bear and have the bear eat Trump.

This is interesting. Nunberg says Trump was trying to squelch stories about an affair between senior staffers.

These people are truly delightful, aren’t they?

Is this what they call palace intrigue? Who cares. Just add this suit to his over 1400+ lawsuits. The man is a fucking litigious blowhard that usually is made to back down. And I suspect the courts are sick of seeing his filings. He’s like the ambulance chaser of Presidential politics.

OK, that makes 4,001 civil suits Donnie is a party to.

A while ago there were articles that fast food shops like Jimmy John’s have started making their minimum wage workers sign non-compete agreements so that they don’t share industry secrets with other fast food companies for 6 months or a year after leaving.

This got me thinking about these agreements where you give up a constitutional right – speech or association – for the privilege of having a job. It seems rather one sided. You’ve agreed to do something for your employer after you leave its employ.

To make such agreements more balanced, I think the employers who require such agreements should be required to pay the person full salary and benefits for the duration of the non-compete or keep-your-mouth-shut time limit.

This would force companies to limit such things to positions that REALLY have trade secrets.
