Discussion: Donald Trump Says He Won’t Release Tax Returns Before November

Smoke and mirrors.

No tax returns. No policies. No names of advisers. Etc., etc., etc.
All there is to go on is Trump’s word and that of his authorized surrogates.
I doubt Donald would accept conditions like these from a contractor he was considering. Why should We the People accept them from Trump the Applicant?

Well, you’re the boss. Oh wait - you’re not.

I’d say “You’re fired” but it’s a cliché which I’m saving for November.

The reason is simple.

Because of tax loopholes for real estate developers, he can legally declare a net income of zero. Zilch.

Not a penny paid in taxes.

It’s not a bombshell hiding in his taxes. It’s a nuclear fricking weapon.

…and what is the surprise here? Trump has been lying and cheating his way through life for all his life. His tax returns would show the extent of both lying and cheating on his taxes as well as his overall flawed character.

Anyone who supports Trump is saying that honesty is an overrated virtue. Winning at any cost is the prime virtue for today’s Republican Party.

It is shameful.

Well, just as long as he releases his college transcripts and passport records…

He keeps claiming his returns are being audited. they can’t all be audited at the same time, Certainly some of them from previous years have been audited and completed. say, from 2000 to 2010 maybe? How can he claim every year of returns is still being audited. They take 20 years of returns all at once and audit them continually? They guy is lying more than Cruise. He’s a natural-born liar.

Oh good, Tweety can reprise his soon to be classic ‘how does he get away with it?’ hand gesture-packed Trump soliloquy #4

Opponents have long criticized the billionaire real estate mogul for not releasing his tax returns. Former GOP nominee Mitt Romney said he believes there’s a “bombshell” lurking in Trump’s taxes.
Dangerous levels of irony alert! Heads may explode on contact!

Probably will show low or no taxes paid, and that all profits from his “offshore” projects remain offshore.

But Clinton talks to Wall Street!

“Audited every year?” Wouldn’t surprise me if the Drumpgebund doesn’t know the difference between an audit and a [math error notice][1].

But maybe our yuuuuge classy friends are too busy pushing the envelope of tax accounting to think of anything else. Gotta make yer money one way or another :hamster: [1]: http://www.bankrate.com/financing/taxes/irs-catches-millions-of-math-mistakes/

Forget the tax returns, I’d like to see an I.Q. test.

Maybe we’ll see how much of a loser he is if he releases his tax returns.

It really ought to be a law that if you want to run for any national office your tax returns are released by the IRS. You want a position of power and want to be paid by the federal government? Your payments to the federal government should be scrutinized by your employer (the people). None of this BS summary crap that Romney tried to pull or the lies and misdirection by the reality TV guy blaming an audit.

And his supporters won’t care while they scream and whine about emails.

If Trump won’t release any tax returns, his delegates should be encouraged to abstain on the first ballot. Oh Ted!!!

And…obviously, The Donny doesn’t want to expose his vast wealth (an amount Mark Zuckerberg calls “Trump Change.”) and his financial genius to the world!
