Discussion: Donald Trump Says Chistie Still Hasn't Put BridgeGate Behind Him

Discussion for article #223199

…‘and it has to come out very, very good.’

Wonder how much it will cost in bribes and lawyers’ fee?

I’m sure Governor Krispy Kreme would love to do so. That’s why he keeps pretending that it never happened.

It was a crime. How do you put a crime behind you and move on? I can see lots of criminals thinking today is the first day of the rest of their lives…and still being in jail.

Maybe Christie can divorce New Jersey and find a younger Eastern European state that he can mismanage and then divorce also.

That’s a beautiful comment.

Donald Trump Says Christie Still Hasn’t Put BridgeGate Behind Him

Considering Christie’s “unique” physiognomy, a somewhat inartful choice of words.

MainJustice website has a great in depth article on
what will really spell Christies doom - it’s all about the Port Authority corruption via Sampson.

Donnie, this is about as obvious as that badger sitting on your head.

“Chris is a friend of mine, and he’s a good guy,” Trump said.

Considering the source that’s really not a plausible endorsment.

Prohibitively high. The bribes, favors, and money that is going to be required is going to be too high of a cost, even if he somehow walks away from everything…which I don’t think he will do.

Christie 's fundraising efforts are going to be underwater for the next 6 months to a year…that alone is going to disqualify him as a viable candidate. While he is spending money trying to stay a step ahead of the indictments.

Just consider that the “very, very good” right now is Christie is eventually cleared on grounds he didn’t know what the hell was going on. Not exactly a ringing endorsement for hitting the presidential campaign trail.

What Christie is currently doing with pensions is the real crime.

I have never before felt the need to post a comment boasting of not having read a story, but honest to god, who in their right mind honestly cares to use brain cells storing Donald Trump’s sage political advice to Chris Christie?

I, for one, long for Chris Chris to be President so that we can say business is finally out of government. Or at least the legitimate business.

Also we can say we had 2 presidents that we needed to make special bath tubs for. Take that… Antarctica.

Be sure to tip your waitperson. I’ll be here all week.

Has Donald ever seen the size of that bridge – even Christie will need a better place to hide this scandal.

What he said is true. But I fail to understand why it’s suddenly a newsworthy event when The Donald says it.
