one of the reasons that analysts are beginning to speculate that Republicans will really be facing a disaster down ballot is that there may be many of the usually reliable voters staying home because of Donnie Dimwit rather than vote for the Democratic candidate…
while Utah is the biggest example now you can see from the article that perhaps Idaho and Wyoming might come into play too…
biggest threat is Democratic complacency by not voting because it’s ‘in the bag’…

Sure, Trump is a “family man”–three of them so far.
His first wife, Ivana, was recently quoted as saying that she raised their children, he had nothing to do with it, and she “turned them over” to him when they became 21. Trump himself was quoted as saying, in effect, raising children is the wife’s job. It appears that he was, until very recently, essentially absent from the life of his daughter by his second marriage.
Is any of this relevant to his qualifications for the Presidency? Usually, no. But when a candidate (or in this case, his son) claims to be a “family man”, it’s certainly appropriate to point to the dishonesty behind that statement.

Actually Trump and the Mormons have something in common, both love having multiple wives.
I was speaking to a friend who taught both the Trump kids at (IIRC) Dalton. She said that both were almost caricatures of rich kids - arrogant, snotty, not only dumb but unaware of how dumb they were.

Wow, it’s one thing to be dumb but this total lack of self-awareness is amazing!
Trump Jr. said the LDS perception of his father was the “greatest misconception probably amongst the LDS community.”
I could think of other misconceptions but, setting those aside, when does telling true believers they’re wrong about something actually work?

D.J., the LDS community still values something called “decorum”. Do what you want, but keep it behind closed doors, or in Rmoney’s “quiet rooms”. Quaint, I know. But some American traditions are worth preserving 
tRump’s spawn is as insensitive with regards to most things and as obtuse as dear old dad.
When tRump says about Mittwit, “Are you sure he’s even a Mormon?” my guess is that he’s either not trying very hard to get the Mormon vote, or that insult comic routine is getting in his way to securing the requisite number of delegates he needs. I think Dump just realized that he now needs every delegate possible to get to that magic number, and its not going to be as easy as they once thought now that every establishment Republican wants to go after him as an unacceptable candidate for their party.
Besides that, the complete arrogance of the tRump family as a whole seems to be an ingrained trait and completely consistent with what privileged assholes they all are.
