That’s the stuff. Snarking among ourselves is an amusing pastime but getting out and knocking on doors actually helps address the problem. I remember the morning after the election in 2008, scoring the last copy of the New York Times at the third convenience store I went to, just to have that big picture of Obama on the front page and know in my own small way I’d helped. This year we’ve got a guy who makes McCain look like Clement Attlee so there’s really no excuse not to pitch in. You’d hate yourself and deservedly so if…I can’t say it. But you know what I mean.

this is why I don’t think his fund raising is a big deal. Anytime he wants a camera, it will be there for free. What’s the adage? Why buy the cow when you get the milk for free?

She is playing the game the way the Supreme Court says it should be played. In most years the GOP has a giant advantage using those rules.

That said I think the rules stink and agree with progressives who say they need to be changed to empower individuals.
