Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends…
This has cause havoc in Mayberry! Andy’s got Barney on the problem. But it appears Aunt Bee has joined a lesbian biker gang and has left Mayberry.
Damn you McCrory…damn you all to hell!
Update: It appears Andy has now come out in support of Hillary and Gomer ran off and married Howard Sprague…Floyd the barber is heartbroken!
Thanks McCrory! You’re responsible for all this confusion!
I’ve always thought that Aunt Bea and Clara had a thing going on.
Under this law, shouldn’t the replicants that make up the GOP require separate restrooms?
I can totally see those two on a Harley!
The Republican Party has really tied itself to an all-star cause: patrolling people’s genitals in public bathrooms. Really, Republicans? This is really who you are? This is the cause you want to be associated with? You call yourselves the party of Lincoln, but look at you… you’re on your knees with a flashlight in a toilet stall.
Damn! I wish she had been AG starting in 2009. Imagine how effective she would have been.
No one knows what you are talking about? And neither do you.
Actually, it was a good question.
It’s not like DOJ had a choice; it’s as obvious as the sun.
The question had nothing to do with the DOJ filing, it had to do with logistics. Read twice, post once.
Hey Governor! Now that you’ve been kicked in the azz’ and now in the nads, and your state has lost untold millions in revenues and many more millions to come…how’s that bill working out for you?

Question for the crowd: I find the opposition to the NC Law as it is represented in the press to be all about the bathroom provisions. OK. But what I found galling about the law was written up nicely here: http://talkingpointsmemo.com/edblog/north-carolina-anti-lgbt-bill . The bill appears to be anti-Civil Rights far far beyond just the transgender bathroom issue. Why isn’t that being discussed far more? In terms of winning over public opinion, seems like that would be very helpful. The transgender bathroom issue is a new one for most people, and it will take a while for a majority of American’s to get their heads around it, but many of the other forms of discrimination enabled by this bill are already widely understood and condemned.
I wonder how this is going to play out.
Oh, wait. No I don’t.
“It was not so very long ago that states including North Carolina had other signs above restrooms, water fountains and on public accommodations keeping people out based on a distinction without a difference,” she said.
Purely a coincidence, I’m sure.
ManO’Man! At this rate, by November McCrory will be going down faster and harder than a conservative Republican Televangelist at an interstate hwy. bathroom glory hole.
Faster than a cheap taffeta dress in a Wasilla Motel 6 on prom night.
