The Senate and House Intelligence Committees should receive unredacted versions of the Mueller report and all supporting documentation. Full stop. There are members of the Intelligence Committees who have every necessary security clearance for this. Anything less than this is unacceptable.

Mueller and his team should be subpoenaed to testify before the Intelligence and Judiciary Committees.
