Where did our standards go? I’m appalled at the amount of half-assed work coming out of our government these days. These are the guys who wouldn’t be able to pass a research project in high school. We need to be represented by more qualified professionals and not the nepotistic dunces.

  2. This is one step too complicated for the media to latch onto. (Separate field office w/ high percentage of anti-HRC agents implicitly pressuring home office to overwork case, overstate findings, disparage despite lack of charges, leading to media overcovering, leaks to friendly agents in press/Trump campaign, etc., etc. Wash, rinse, repeat.)

Time to tell McConnell and Ryan that nothing moves in Congress until all NY Field Office text messages are examined for ‘bias’. I heard so many denunciations of ‘bias’ yesterday from the R tribe it drove me whiz-bang waka-a-doodle.

This “cadre of senior people in New York" is organized, connected and smart. They definitely need to be exposed, but I’m sure they’ll all buttoned up tight. And they are unyielding.

Grack you’re probably right. I’ll add that such timidity that often hurts the Dems. You don’t win these struggles by being nice; you prevail by letting others know you are tough and will hold them to account. That’s what the repubs do and it has successfully intimidated the FBI.

Yeah, because why would it even be relevant, in an investigation of Hillary Clinton’s alleged yada yada yada, to be concerned about potential bias against Hillary Clinton? Only bias against Donald Trump is admissible in a review of the FBI’s actions against Hillary Clinton. Republican rules.

They get branded as “whiners” and “sore losers” and “special snowflakes” and whatever the wing insult du jour is. Somew, it’s only acceptable when Republicans whine, and they not only get to be sore losers, they’re truly spectacular sore winners, too. The media strictly observes and enforces these rules, gods only know why.

Biased actions that don’t accurately look at the evidence and the law are a problem no matter who does it …What ever LEGAL arguments the rabid FBI NY office had for prosecuting Clinton beyond name calling should have been included in the IG report as well as discipline for foul mouth snarky bs.

As I recall, Democrats in Congress explicitly asked for an investigation of the anti-Clinton bias in the FBI during the summer of 2016. Of course, they weren’t the Majority Party…

It’s really amazing how many separate critical control points all just happened to go in Trump’s favor to allow him to eke out a victory, and also how mercilessly Hillary Clinton was mocked for saying that there’s a vast right-wing conspiracy that’s trying to hijack our national politics.
