First, it’s “Whose,” which indicates possession.
“Who’s” means either “who is” or “who has” and cannot under any circumstances be a possessive.
Second, Prince Waleed owns about 6% of the stock in 21st Centruy Fox, which Murdoch spun off from Newscorp last year. The Murduch family owns about 3/4 of the voting shares.
So no one at FoxNews “works” for a Saudi prince.
There are far better arguments against this airhead’s deeply superficial “thinking” on the subject of ISIS and the President’s response.

The postwar hegemony of the United States is, I think, coming to an end. Barak Obama, is unfortunate in that he is presiding over our country’s return to a more normal state of power and influence over the rest of the world. This leaves many people, especially on the right, feel frustrated and powerless. Others are left confused. Polls show that by far the majority of Americans believe we should not get involved in another war in the middle east, yet they also give Obama low marks on foreign policy, when his approach actually aligns with their wishes. The American version of the “fuehrerprinzip” is strong here. It will take time to adjust to our new role.
