It figures The Schloz would make an appearance suppressing the vote.

If ANYBODY should have been in a courtroom from the Drunken Frat Boy Administration it should have been Bradley Blue-Eyes.

So, Schlozman is here in Wichita. I wish I had known; I would have given him the welcome he deserves.

Oh. Wait a minute. He doesn’t really deserve a welcome, and so, since I haven’t welcomed him yet. . .

Good. One less thing to worry about.

Remember, some people are still alive simply because you spend too much time in jail if you kill them.

Just watched the Kansas Supreme Court hearing. I’m ready to rule: Kobach loses.

This is what happens when legal scofflaws are not disbarred when they should be for violating federal law. They come back like legal zombies and eat your head.

Schlozman has become synonymous with voter suppression in much the same way Limbaugh has become synonymous with sleaze and Bachmann and Gohmert have become synonymous with crazy. I’m only surprised that he doesn’t have Monica Goodling working for him.

If he violated Federal law why the hell hasn’t he been disbarred from ever practicing law in anywhere in this country ?? something smells shitty .

Because to disbar someone, you have to actually have a complaint filed with the local bar, argue the case, blah blah.

But I’m guessing that a good part of the reason for this is to funnel a few tens of thousands of dollars of state money to an old pal.

Well, hell, they obviously need the brains.

Also need: hearts, courage. Maybe they’re in Kansas looking to catch the next tornado to Oz.

I’d start with Cheney, but hey, there are plenty of courtrooms to go around.

Actually, the Bar reviews the case on it’s own once the issue is presented to them; you don’t have to ‘argue’ anything. If and when substantial misconduct is found, they’re out…

Isn’t Schlotzman the guy who sounds like he’s breathing helium?

Somebody else returned a salute like that.
