IF Rubio was concerned or actually felt we wouldn’t give human rights a priority or that “too often” our foriegn policy would abandon reason, then maybe the thing to do was not support Tillerson. My guess is Rubio caved in for far less of a bribe than McCain and Graham.
If you take the word “virtually” out, I’ll agree with your prediction.
