Christie Kreme’s ok with the outcome…
Not as widely noticed as the VA Senate race but critical none-the-less: we must take back governorships to succeed longer term; Republicans have proved how important state/local control is in the long game.
Speaking as a New Jerseyan, I can only hope we finally get an honest man as Governor. Christy was a horror, perhaps the worst in my lifetime in NJ but Corzine and McGreavy before him were little better.

A short sincere request from New Jersey residents - Please do not be a Jerk. Please do not behave in the sketchy manner of Jim McGreevey, Jon Corzine or Chris Christie. Please work tirelessly to govern without the ridiculous drama that we have had for the past 16+ years!
I wonder if there are any archives left around to open.
You could go back all the way to 1973 in NJ, same deal: Good legislator, bad politician–Good politician, terrible Governor.
I live in Chicago. When Gov. Blagojevich was sentenced to 14 yrs I heard a lady say “Wow, that’s more prison time than any of our other governors have gotten.”
It seems really calm for such huge wins, especially considering all the worrying beforehand and that, Democrats in disarray, horseshit.
I’m stoked, we took the two biggies and I believe even some dog catcher positions ; )

It’s a shame Christie will go down in history as a loud mouth and a tough guy wanna be. He should be remembered as stupid as shit. A tragedy in it’s obese form. So fucking dumb he thought that bridge stunt was cool. Yes he knew about it at the get go. The voters in NJ told us that last night. But just how damn dumb must you be to think plugging up the busiest bridge in the world and blaming that on a non-existent traffic study a winner? How fucking stupid to think you could pull that off? Christie belongs in a work by Homer or Euripides. A man seeded with his own destruction at birth.
