I don’t think this is actually compromise as much as an attempt at a “deal,” or the proposal of a self-designated “finely tuned negotiator.” The problem is, this isn’t the Art of the Deal or a scam of local small business owners, it’s the U.S. Government - figure it out!

I don’t know much about this Mulvaney character, but I’m already convinced he’s not only a loyal Trump traveler, but he’s also a fellow sociopath without a scintilla of humanity in him.
