Trump’s next EO will remove the rights of states to sue agencies of the federal government.

Maybe lead was the reference here, and that Sessions is on the case?

From the AG swearing in:
First, I’m directing Department of Justice and Homeland Security to undertake all necessary and lawful action to break the back of the criminal cartels that have spread across our nation and are destroying the blood of our youth and other people, many other people.

This looks like a pattern for the next 4 years .
Trump does shit detrimental to the country and environment.
We go to court
2018 We need to change that to:
ā€œCongress stops Trump’s stupidityā€

To show how safe the water in our rivers are,Trump should eat and serve his family fish from the Anacostia River weekly.
He should also serve the same fish at State Dinners and explain how safe they are to eat.

OR as someone famously (and cluelessly) said a few hundred years agoā€¦ā€˜Let them eat cake!’

I’m from Pittsburgh, originally. I used to fish the Allegheny about 5 miles upriver from downtown all the time. This was 30-40 yrs ago. Nothing in there but catfish, some sunfish and occasional bottom feeders. They had a Bassmaster’s tournament there a few years ago. How do you think that happened?

Stop acting like water is essential to life, Democrats.

Don’t ā€œhint,ā€ DO IT. We have to fight back against ā€œTrumpismā€ any way we can. The courts are a great place to start. I’m also pulling for Schneiderman to replace the execrable Andrew Cuomo as Governor of New York. Once again, the son proves to be a pale imitation of the father.

Trump certainly is building a legacy for his administration. Many thousands of people will become ill in the years to come from being exposed to polluted water only to discover that Trump has taken away their health insurance.

Now, there’s a solid plan targeted on achieving ā€œgreatnessā€ for America.

Yes, but the important thing to remember is Trump has said repeatedly that he is for clean water and environment. That is all his supporters will ever digest and repeat no matter what Trump actually does. Repeat a lie often enough…

Cuomo used to be execrable. Not so sure any more: $15 minimum wage; 2nd Ave subway; instructing Port Auth. employees to let JFK protestors through. I know he’s trying to pad his liberal resume for a run at higher office–no way will he win, of course–but for the time being he’s doing the right things.

The problem? Our water is currently too clean for republicans.

Throwing open the doors to renewed mining by blasting the tops off of mountains and shoving the spoils over the edge AND gutting clean water regulations.
