Sounds like it was over with so quickly that it might have been for the frequently done outpatient procedure for lower back pain (which really doesn’t help in the long run) called an epidural, but really, so what?

I’ve had a couple shots for lower back pain in the past 6 months and they’ve made quite a difference. But I still need to get more exercise and lose 10-20 pounds…

Personal info: I’ve had this procedure twice, didn’t help, and I’ve taken up swimming to alleviate my lower back problems. No impact and you’ll lose weight too.
