C’mon. Scams have to be at least a little believable. That someone would go through the trouble of faking an endorsement by Gowdy just isn’t credible.

So, where exactly do you draw the line between fake announcements that Dr. Carson was quitting his campaign, and fake Facebook posts claiming an endorsement?

Investigation revealed that the post was made via a server located in a closet in a NY home. The exact location has not yet been determined.
