Oh, for the days when a candidate displayed his piggish qualities in an isolated instance. Remember the SNL character who played Dukakis who said “I can’t believe I’m losing to this guy”? Well, that “guy” was Pappy Bush, who was Gandhi and Lincoln and Churchill all in one compared to Cruz-Rubio-Trump now. The latter three should take their act on tour or go reality show tv, but it scares the shit out of me that one of them could become president. Either one is more than capable of starting a nuke war in both ways it could happen: by accident or on purpose. That none of this seems to bother their supporters is
equally scary.
That the GOP is in shambles seems the least of our worries.
