Mr. Cruz seems to be demonstrating a pattern here, that American law and the rules of fairness can be ignored when it suits him.
First he ignores the US constitutional requirement that he be ānatural bornā, trying to gloss over the Supreme Court ruling in US vs Ark 1898 that specifically makes him ineligible for the Presidency because the Court ruled that the meaning of ānatural bornā is not what he asserts it to mean.
Then he ignores US election law by failing to disclose an insider loan made on extraordinarily favorable terms, using his wifeās insider ties to a corporation with business interests in how US law is made and interpreted.
Further he ignores the rules of the debate that restrict the amount of time offered to each of the various candidates during the Presidential debates, using sophism to skirt around the rules in all cases.
Makes one wonder if any of the other GOP candidates are going to stand idly by and watch him get away with it. Where are their ābig boyā pants when they need them?
