The “potty” or, as Donald would call it, ‘The Shitter’, ‘The Crapper’, ‘The Turd Salad Bowl’, "Politico’, ‘The Kelly File’…

So Dump will cave to be Politcally correct?

Cruz said in Fort Mill, South Carolina that voters aren’t “excited” by a candidate who resorts to “vulgarities” when rattled.

“I teach my kids to be respectful. There are certain words you don’t say,” Rubio said. “No matter what setting you’re in, act with dignity and hold yourself up.”

Oh geez, I guess Lyndon Johnson would have had these two reaching for the fainting couch.

On the one hand, I was pretty shocked at the strong, free flowing profanity. On the other hand, I was totally impressed with the completely realistic acting. It looked less like a standard BBC production than it did some kind of documentary on the daily inner workings of a political chop shop.

I suppose all these guys are too young to remember the Nixon tapes and the transcripts that made “expletive deleted” a national byword.

Hilarious!
They go after him for HOW he says racist, misogynistic, bigoted things.
Not the FACT that he says them (and gets thundering cheers when he does.)
They want Trump to use dog-whistles and code-words as cover for their racist and misogynistic, bigoted views (just like they do.)
cowards.
Say what you will about the Trumpster, but at least he has pulled the white hood off of the heads of the base of the Republican Party so that all can see who and what they really are and what they really stand for.

Honest to GAWD…lectured to on ‘parenting’ by a known LIAR that doesn’t ‘swear’…no vulgarities by the pukiest, lyingist, back stabbing jerk? Sanctimonious BS is good.

Hooray! They’re gong to clean up their language. Now I’ll vote for all of them!

Well…fuck.

Cruz himself was the target of Trump’s cursing when he called Cruz a “pussy” at a rally. Trump insisted he was only repeating what one of his supporters said. “It was like a retweet,” he explained to Fox News.

Okay, Mr Trump, you have no idea how retweets work if you really believe this. I don’t think you really believe this at all.

Retweets are by default endorsement

Exceptions to this are:

  1. Inline sincere repudiation of the sentiment or mode of saying it - “I can’t believe how stupid this guy is: …” or “I wouldn’t say it like this but: …”
  2. Implied repudiation from previous tweets - a long history of holding a position then a RT of someone saying something stupid against that position, the repudiation is implied by your previous stated opinions

Without any other adornment, a retweet only makes a sentiment more widely seen, which is why the default of any retweet is endorsement.

TPM:

Trump promised rally attendees Thursday in Baton Rouge, Louisiana that he’d stop using foul language.

“Even if it’s not a bad word, if it’s a little bit off, they kill me, so I won’t do it. I’ll never do it again,” he told the noisy crowd.

I don’t see how that’s going to help Trump with his vulgar, violence-prone, base.

I suspect that the majority of them would consider a more appropriate response to be something like, “Fuck’em if they can’t a joke. They don’t know how to make America great again! I will wipe those shitbag pussies from the floor with my yuuuge fucking dick!”

Because, you know: civility.

Where is this legendary cutthroat politics in South Carolina? Prep 4 ads on Mr. Trump:

  1. Him using four letter words while campaigning
  2. Him making his stupid faces during debates
  3. Him saying nice things about Sec. Clinton & other democrats
  4. Him saying stupid things like being able to murder somebody and not lose support

End each ad with a tagline – “This is who we really want running the country?” in an incredulous voice. They’ve got 8 days to run them before the primary.

(I’ll accept my $100,000 per month consultant fee or whatever Dr. Carson’s guy was getting paid!)

Like respectfully accusing the President of being a foriegn-born crypto-Muslim traitor?

Aside from number 3, that’s pretty much exactly what most Republicans want running their country. Which is why you won’t see any ads like that - Trump’s opponents know it would probably gain him more votes than not.
