Snarky, obstinate, mean and uncooperative. No wonder Proctologists all over the country have a picture of Cruz in their examination rooms.
If Ted Cruz truly loves this country, he won’t just refuse to endorse Trump. He’ll also tell all his Evangelical supporters to stay home on election day in November and on all subsequent election days thereafter, because getting involved in politics can only soil the faithful. Leave the tasks of governing this country to those poor, beknighted souls who are willing to do the hard work: Democrats.
Cruz should run as a third party candidate. That would be a move in line with his character.
Ted Cruz will do whatever is politically expedient. This includes changing his religion, changing his party, divorcing his wife and marrying a same sex person, if Cruz thought it would advance his interests. He is an awful, horrible, person.
I can’t blame Cruz for not saying he will support Trump. Todd should have asked him if he would support Hillary. We may have seen an honest feeling cross his face. For a second. Then the realization that whomever he supports makes no difference would have dawned.
Cruz’s answers reveal he won’t succumb to the thought of losing. The denial is meant to show strength of commitment, but it also shows that he can let denial run very deep. As a president would Mr. Cruz deny facts put forward to him, or would he find ways to brush them off so he could push his agenda?
Exactly the sort of response we would expect from the ZODIAC KILLER.

He, and all Republicans registered before Trump entered the primary race, will probably not vote for Trump. The Donald makes some people sick. His CombOver makes everyone sick.
