PA will be like NY – a small number of at large delegates – and (going by Steve K. from MSNBC here) unlike it – a large number of unbound delegates. We are talking 50 or so here. So, it will be a matter of how he wins including per district & how the unbound delegates vote.

I agree he should win PA though not sure by how much. I’d add too that he has hired someone to help him control delegates better so might do a better job of getting support here.
