In a span of three days in January of this year commencing on January 19, the Post engaged in a modern-day form of McCarthyism by competing with CNN and NBC, among others, to claim leadership of a mainstream and social media mob of bullies which attacked, vilified, and threatened Nicholas Sandmann, an innocent secondary school child,” the complaint says, according to the Post.

In videos shared widely on YouTube and Twitter, a young man wearing a red “Make America Great Again” hat stands inches away from a native elder who is beating a drum. Different angles of the incident show a group of a few dozen young people, mostly boys, in the background, jumping up and down and jeering in unison at the group of elders present for the day’s march. In some shots, the teens appear to be shouting, “Build that wall, build that wall.”

which is it?

Our president is a drunk on a barstool.

Be very careful, drunks everywhere are now consulting lawyers to start the process of suing you for defamation.

Still time left in the Statute of Limitations for Obama to sue Trump for lying about his place of birth.

Lil Nicholas whose life has been ruined for being called out as the snotty arrogant punk he is, has hired notorious attorney Lin Wood who loves suing for libel to represent his lil sensibilities; Interesting they aren’t suing Esquire:
In January David Holmes of Esquire wrote:

I hope this kid learns something, but the worst part of the story is that he doesn’t have to. He can be a martyr, a promising young life derailed by the decadence of political correctness. He can dig in and make a career out of trying to trigger people. Can’t you name a half-dozen cable-news and YouTube celebrities off the top of your head who’ve done exactly that?

One thing is for sure this kid is going to need some better lawyers in court of public opinion. Right now, he’s voted most likely to succeed in being the new face on the pop up head for carnival whack a mole games.

Trump’s got bigger problems.

You can rest assured the Sandmann’s and their Kentucky brethren have gone on about “frivolous lawsuits” The apocryphal in their mind but true “McDonald coffee cup!”.
Grant them their constitutionally protected day in court. No hats in the courtroom. Then let the judge give them a good talking to “How were you harmed?” and then he tosses it. At least he’ll learn some civics.

Can we sue his parents for failure to utilize birth control?

At what point could a counter suit for frivilous litigation be viable?

Hard to see how this goes anywhere. The kid has no case. It’s not libel if you make your own self look bad. It’s not libel if you don’t like the story and don’t like being yelled at by people online. And WaPo isn’t likely to settle because if they did every subject of a negative story would take a run at them.

It never ceases to amaze me that any reputable news organization has the audacity to report that Trump Tweeted this…
““The Washington Post ignored basic journalistic standards because it wanted to advance its well-known and easily documented biased agenda against President Donald J. Trump.” Covington student suing WAPO. Go get them Nick. Fake News!”"
Why don’t they report that “here is another intelligible and grammatically correct Tweet created for the President to send out… because we all know, that he is WAY too stupid to have actually composed this by/for himself.”

The lawsuit alleges that Covington high schooler Nick Sandmann was “targeted and bullied” by the Post because of his support for Trump.

FOX: Lawsuit is legit. WaPo is stealing our business model.

I had totally forgotten this kids name (and frankly almost forgotten the incident) and now he throws himself into the national view again, maybe permanently. Seems there needs to be some sort of accounting on his part and that of his parents for not controlling this spoiled brat. Sad time in America!

Remember when conservatives were AGAINST frivolous lawsuits? How we heard endless bullshit about how if people took personal repsonsibility and stopped clogging up the legal system, our world would be some objectivist utopia?

Bunch of moronic hypocrites.
