Really, Corker?!?! Where was that brilliant line of thinking during Sessions’ hearing??
It’s a sad commentary on our current political environment that, only when they won’t be running for office again, they manage to find both a spine and conscience.
Corker was also the only no vote for the wealth transfer bill, aka the Cut Cut Cut Plan, aka the CCCP (for anyone who knows a little about history…)
She is Kelly’s pick. That would have carried more weight before the “empty barrel” lies he spouted.
A claim of ignorance is very believable coming from anyone in the Trump Administration, but lying is just as common…
It’s an absolute no-brainer she shouldn’t be confirmed. But why so selective? Trump lied, Sessions lied, Kushner lied, among so many others. Where are the ramifications for them?
Why is Sessions still AG? Why does Kushner still have clearance? And why is Trump still President? Not to mention Pence, DeVos, Zinke, Mnuchin…
