Really, at this point, without a single significant legislative victory in the first year of the Trump administration… now is the time to start pushing him to really melt down. And the way to do it is simple:
“Look at the administration’s record on major legislation. They don’t have one. All they have are losses. It’s embarassing. Seriously, I love my country and I’m proud of what America is and what we stand for, but I’m ashamed of the laughingstock this man has become. Sure, he can shoot off some missiles as fast as he shoots off his mouth, but let’s face it, everyone knows that’s just an act of desperation to distract people from what a loser he is. It’s like the pathetic drunk in a bar who starts a fight the moment he realizes people pity him. This guy’s worse than Dubya and he was so weak he had to lie us into a war.”
That’s the tact to take: he’s pathetic, and only losers who are too weak to govern start wars to make themselves feel big.

Except even those racist pedophiles are going to be paying more in taxes under the GOP tax plan–that is unless they’re making over $500,000 a year or so.
The Pedophiles: Thats a small price to pay for eventual Free HealthCare that we will get from Trump along with The Border Wall. We also plan to make over $500K/year very shortly. Its a win win for us.

I’ve been trying to sort this out, but it seems like if you have no “income” and so are in the “zero income” bracket, but have a multimillion dollar portfolio and live off capital gains, you pay no tax on the capital gains, either. Is that correct? Is that how the Senate plan would work? Is that different from how it works now?
I guess what I’m getting at is that so much discussion focusses on “income” when, in fact, defining income seems to put working people behind the 8 ball.
If only the tax cut, of which she speaks, were really for America and not for GOP donors and for Ivanka.

Weak on crime? No, but his opponent, Roy Moore, would have kept lawyers in business if he’d been charged and prosecuted for his crimes when he committed them.
I wonder just how many crimes there were.
Not even then. No one needs a tax cut. You cannot cut taxes and then make believe you can pay for never ending wars, hurricane relief, infrastructure, and the numerous other things the Government must pay for and then magically believe the debt is going to go down because jobs and the economy will off set the lost revenue.
