Discussion: Congress Set To Fund Government, But Not Trump's Wall

Spanky should hold his breath until the Congress funds his wall, for several hours at least.

Their own caucus members complain they’re all disqualified from SCOTUS now for their chronic inability to distinguish seduction from brute force. True enough, but they also can’t tell a budget deadline from a hostage scenario, and should be disqualified from Congress, too.

Not a problem. Mexico is still going to pay for the wall, right, el Presidente Vicente Fox?

Ryan, for his part, said GOP leaders “have a very good understanding with the president that we want to get our appropriations done. I’m confident our understanding will stick.”

On October 17 we’ll have legalized weed here in Canada, but until then I’d really like a taste of whatever Ryan is holding.

It’s a shame to allow the building materials already gathered to go to waste …

“Where is the money for border security…"

In Mexico, you dumb f**k. Why don’t you go grab it. They’ll let you do anything.

I’ve said this before, but as a purely political “fuck you!” move, I’d like to see Democrats put forth legislation to fund the wall with all the money we give away to Israel every year. If it’s really a grave matter of national security, let Republicans publicly explain how Israel’s welfare check is more important than protecting our own borders.

Fund the Wall!!! We need to be protected from all those non-pasty-faced immigrants!

Why are taxpayers funding a cleanup of the opioid crisis created by Purdue Pharma? Doesn’t the Rule of Personal Responsibility dictate that private actors pay for their own mistakes? Oh, I forgot! IOKIYAR…

Where is the money for … the wall in this ridiculous spending bill?” Trump said Thursday on Twitter.

Wait. Do I understand this correctly? Are you telling me Mexico’s not paying for this wall? I’m shocked!!

Yes, as Trump has repeatedly said, it’s the Mexicans responsibility for the wall. Thus, any use of US funds for the wall is essentially a bail out of Mexican Government. Why Jordan is so hell bent on bailing out the Mexicans with US taxpayer dollars is beyond me.
