Well. looks like I was wrong. Having the MH report they seen the photos does add legitimacy to it.
And truthfully, I feel the MH is more trustworthy than the NYT.
With their money and resources, why they ended up doing something this dumb boggles the mind.

I think Trump needs to set Falwell on the path to righteousness.
Or loan him a few of his limitless supply of evangelical mulligans (which were awarded to Trump by Falwell and other “godly” men as part of the deals).

Day by day, this reminds me more and more of how the John Edwards scandal unfolded from the initial stories in HuffPo that were laden with innuendo (“hey, they spent a ton of money on campaign films by this woman who happens to be a kinda hot younger blond that they then never showed and no one knows why wink wink”) to the slow leakage of details that moved it from the mere innuendo stage pointing to an obvious, yet unsubstantiated, conclusion, to the “yeah, something happened, but not what you think.” And that leads one to suspect that the the inevitable, “yeah, the exact thing you thought happening happened” denouement is nigh, except for the part where the National Enquirer isn’t in not going to be touching this one.

I wouldnt assume Cohen blackmailed Falwell. I would assume that Falwell, having been asked by Trump what might change his endorsement, or having approached Trump himself, offered Trump and Cohen to change his Presidential endorsement as quid pro quo for Trump, Cohen and maybe even Pecker (the old catch & kill) arranging the payment of hush money to Granda and squelching of the affair.
To paraphrase A Clockwork Orange, “The old Quid Pro Quo.”
