This is a request from the capital “G” Government; there to protect us all and defend our civil liberties. If this site is allowed to deny the government’s request, then what about the forthcoming requests to all those alt-right websites actively promoting violence and the overthrow of our government? This is such BULLSHIT because the SCOTUS has ALREADY HELD that an IP address does not equal a specific PERSON.
There are REAMS of prior law that lay out that fact (because it is fucking TRIVIAL to spoof IP addresses.)
