Its the choice of the adult children. Barron couldn’t opt out, but Junior, Eric Ivanka and Tiffany can.

I suspect however, that in this case, there are some specific concerns the SS has regarding Junior that compelled them to argue against him opting out. And no, I don’t mean so they can keep an eye on him to stop him from running from indictments. I mean more like, specific threat risks that they aren’t going to discuss in the press.

That was Deripaska’s plane that landed at an airport 20 miles from Trump’s NJ golf resort. Deripaska was/is? Manafort’s handler. This was all when the news of Manafort’s offer of private briefings was breaking. Deripaska may or may not have been on that plane, which landed on Sat. and left on Sun. Deripaska isn’t supposed to be allowed in the U.S. due to suspected criminal ties. Trump, for reasons unknown, was at that golf course at the time. He came on Sat. and left on Sun. for his gig at the U.N. He left the press behind. All very suspicious, but no confirmation that whoever was on that plane met with Trump, but why the heck did the oligarch’s plane fly from Russia to a municipal airport within spitting distance of Trump’s resort overnight?
