Exactly. Asking for donations is not how the armed forces of the United States normally fund things. They think it’s stupid and they’re slow-walking it, like you do with any idiot idea an idiot boss dreams up. And maybe the word was quietly passed from their intelligence people that you should push it off for a while since you might have a change in leadership earlier than scheduled.
