That presumption of innocence becomes a bit more problematic when the criminal acts are played out on international television, with your client all the while bragging about flouting the laws of the United States.

At first he refused to pay charges he agreed to in order to obtain the grazing rights. It is amazing how much worse he and gun nutz managed to make the situation. And now that the feds have finally got him and two of his spawn pawns locked up until further notice, he wants free legal representation.
I bet he will get free cable Fox Entertainment in prison too.

Yeah, Ed would be great, because youâd HAVE to make it a comedy. These people are so. fucking. stupid. The innocent until proven guilty thing is true, but it is harder to play that card when the media was following both stand offs and one of those charges must be true or the event would not have happened in the first place. So from the start you are in one deep hole at the very least. And the others seem pretty true too.
