Must be hard for the Bob Woodwards, who have taken the âWashington is broken because of the partisanship of two parties who are essentially equally to blameâ false equivalency approach for decades. One party is on the verge of nominating a thoroughly competent, sane and accomplished policy maker who makes coherent points. The other party is nominating a racist reality TV celebrity who is more atuned to professional wrasslin gimmicks than policy. How do you square away that these are essentially two sides of the same coin, Bob?
