I can just hear her - that laugh that is both mocked and beloved, followed by “well, at least as a woman, my hands are supposed to be small!” and then more laughing.

Been watching it since he started. I had to laugh when he started coughing and requested a glass of water. He’s still waiting for his water, but he’s being held up while they search for a clean specimen no doubt. I’m loving his repartee with the audience. So great. Btw, Snyder was practically booed off the stage. Michigan hates that jackass.
Edit to add: I’m in agreement with Michael Moore however, that Obama should have shown up with the Army Corp of Engineers or had them right behind him in Flint to commence immediate action on fixing the pipes and somehow charging Michigan for the bill. More words without deeds or action for any fellow citizens, especially those without clout in Washington as Obama emphasized, is meaningless at this point. Its been two fucking years. Something immediate needs to be done and waiting for Snyder and the MI legislature is a fool’s errand.

I taught ESL (English) to a girl in Mexico who was quite frail and small. And quite a strong person inside. After a few days, I was to witness a treat where one had to be there to get the impact. A mujeriego was boasting to the class about some feat of his outside of it. He was about to get really warmed up when the small, frail girl (I think her last name may have been CRUZ) suddenly, scornfully said–in heavily accented English:
“congratulation”
The timing, the unexpected nature, the tone of voice, the INFLECTION AND LILT, the exaggerated Spanish pronunciation of the English word “congratulations” all said very plainly:
WE (ALL the women in this class) are laughing at YOU.
That’s another thing about people like Trump. It is the woman doing the mocking. And all the other women who are also laughing WITH her.

We need him in Minnesota as part of our new Senate majority when Hillary gets elected President. Besides, Minnesota brings nothing to the table as it will already be voting Democratic in November. Same for Elizabeth Warren as I see it. She does best staying in the Senate from the great state of Massachusetts…as much as I would love to see her in the Executive Branch of government. Maybe she’ll follow Hillary into the White House however after Hillary breaks that ultimate American glass ceiling of all male Presidents since our founding.
