The Times’ article says their computer networks have been penetrated, and it also says there was a joint statement about the matter by the DHS and the FBI, but I haven’t been able to find it.

It leaves me somewhat conflicted. Trump is dissing the information the intelligence agencies are trying to feed him. His skepticism is warranted, but it leaves him with nothing to fall back on but his own profound ignorance.
